Rick Moranis og Steve Martin saman á ný veit á gott og já það virkar. Steve Martin leikur mafíósa sem er í vitnaverndinni og endar í smábæ í Kalíforníu. Eitthvað gengur honum illa að halda sig réttu megin við lögin og lendir hann þá í útistöðum við saksóknarann sem er leikin af Joan Cusack. Rick Moranis leikur FBI manninn sem á að hafa umsjón með Steve og breytist mikið við það. Það sem gerir þessa mynd ótrúlega góða er frammistaða Steve sem ítalskættaðan mafíósa, þetta er svo ólíkt því sem hann hefur áður gert.

In the witness protection program one is supposed to keep a low profile, but that is something that Antonelli has trouble doing. Coopersmith certainly has his hands full keeping Antonelli away from the Mafia hitmen who want to stop him testifying, not to mention the nightclubs...
